Birth

My role as your birth doula is to help you feel safe, informed, and heard in your prenatal care and labor. My job is not to "empower" you. You already have all the wisdom and strength you need to bring your baby into the world. I am here to guide you with loving hands through the complexity that pregnancy and delivery entail, however that may look for you and your family. 

Specific services include, but aren't limited to:

• Complementary consultation
• Prenatal appointments scheduled in alignment with your provider visits
• 24/7 on call support 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date
• Continuous support during labor and delivery
• First latch support
• Partner support
• Referrals to other professionals
